Inkokeli yeprojekthi ibeke phambili iimfuno ezintathu:
1. Ukufakwa kwesignali ngokubanzi kufuneka kucoceke.
2. Kufuneka ugqume indawo engama-200 square metres kuphela.
3. Iimpawu ezivela kwiinethiwekhi zeselula, ezonxibelelwano kunye nezeChina Unicom kufuneka ziphuculwe.

Ngokweemfuno zabathengi, sikhethe i-all-netcom repeater enebhendi ye-TDD saza sakhetha i-antenna exhonywe eludongeni yokwamkela nokudlulisa. I-antenna exhonywe eludongeni inokudityaniswa ngokugqibeleleyo kwindawo yokuhombisa.
